British Columbia now has the first dedicated website in Canada designed to encourage and assist landlords and property managers to create more smoke-free options for British Columbians living in apartments and condominiums. The website also has excellent information to assist tenants and condo owners who are suffering from second-hand smoke seeping into their homes from neighbouring units. This website was created by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC & Yukon, with funding from the BC Health Living Alliance and supported by ActNow BC. Visit: www.smokefreehousingbc.ca.
